Apostle &  Mrs. Paul  Thiombiano are founders of the Living Waters Community Chapel International, a duly registered Non-profit Christian Organization with the Registrar General of Ghana.

Rev. Thiombiano who is an Apostle by calling, is a renowned Pastor/Evangelist, Radio Preacher, Writer and a Church Planter who has spoken in great gospel crusades, conferences, seminars, inside and outside Ghana including the Nations of Togo, Burkina Faso, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Liberia, the United Kingdom and the United States of America.

Apostle Thiombiano and his wife Paulina Nkudugu are blessed with four wonderful children, Esther, Mordecai, Daniel and Otis.  The Apostle is the first son of a gospel preacher, Rev. K.  B. Matthew and Madam Naomi who have both since been called home to rest in the Lord.   This means that he was born and raised in a Christian home.  His father was pastor of a village church which could hardly cater for them.  Rev. K.B. Matthew, had to till the land to supplement the small support  his village church gave him.

“My father’s life and ministry has left an indelible impact upon my life and ministry”   These are the words of Apostle Thiombiano who as a child, accompanied his father to his gospel crusades.  He saw signs and wonders follow his father’s ministry.

He saw his father operate in the gifts of the Spirit and most of the time he could not understand.  Rev. K.B. Matthew was a man of faith and took God by his word.  He taught his family the word of God and led his entire family to the Lord.   The Apostle learned a lot from him.  His father taught him to “Pray Until Something Happens”. It was not long when the Lord called him into full time ministry.

It was hard for him to decide but he made up his mind to serve the Lord so he resigned his regular job as a civil servant and went to a Bible College were he spent three (3) years searching the scriptures.  After his graduation from Bible College, the Apostle was determined to take the land for Jesus especially his “Jerusalem”, the upper East Region of Ghana.  He held crusades and taught the word in pastors and church leaders’ seminars and conferences.

After a few years he went on to study at the West Africa Advance School of Theology, in Lome, Togo, where he obtained a Bachelor of Theology degree with honors (Magna Cum Laud)  majoring in Cross-Cultural Missions.  The Apostle also obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biblical Studies at the Homestead Bible College in Florida, U.S.A.  The realities and needs of Cross-Cultural Missions propelled him to go to the regions beyond.  Apostle Thiombiano speaks twelve (12) different languages.  His multi-lingual ability makes him effective in Africa and other parts of the world.

The Apostle was now ready and equipped to take the land for Jesus.  It was not easy as he faced great financial challenges and opposition. Nevertheless, he was determined as he knew without a shadow of a doubt that he was raised for a purpose.  There is a sense of urgency in him.  He has always declared:  “To the Regions beyond I must go, where the story has never been told, I must go”  After serving with  other Christian Organizations both home and abroad, he was led to found this ministry.

His heart for Missions cannot be overemphasized.  Rural Evangelism is his hallmark.  The Apostle admits that Living Waters Community Chapel International Ministries alone is inadequate to win a lost world to Christ.  He therefore seeks to partner and collaborate with all such mission minded individuals and groups for the fulfillment of t
